Pigeon Telephone Company’s friendly customer service staff is always happy to answer your questions and listen to your comments and concerns about your telecommunications needs.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Sandi and Melissa, our customer service representatives, are long-time residents of the Thumb area. Sandi transferred from a sister company where she worked for 6 years, while Melissa was welcomed aboard in July 2006. 

They are enthusiastic, well trained, and aim to provide the best quality customer service possible to Pigeon Telephone Company’s subscribers.
